Queen live in '82 DVD due

In 1982, Queen - Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon - played more than 60 sold out concerts in the world’s biggest arenas as part of the Hot Space Tour. That June, they took the stage at England’s Milton Keynes Bowl

On May 21, Eagle Rock Entertainment will re-issue Queen On Fire: Live at the Bowl on 2DVD and Digital Video.

“We hadn’t seen the footage for years, but when we looked at it we couldn’t believe how good it was. We were on fire,” said Taylor.

Running 170 minutes, the two-disc set has been restored from the original sound and footage. Disc 1 presents the performance in its entirety, filmed by Gavin Taylor. “Flash,” “Somebody To Love,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “We Are The Champions,” and two versions of “We Will Rock You” are just part of the set list.

Disc 2's bonus material includes interviews, a photo gallery, and bonus performances at Tokyo’s Seibu Stadium (11/3/82) and Vienna’s Stadthalle (5/12/82). The interviews are a behind-the-scenes look at Milton Keynes as the crew preps the massive stage show, a chat with Freddie Mercury in Munich on during the European leg of the Hot Space tour and an interview with Brian May and Roger Taylor.
