Empire Of The Sun announced a series of U.S. headline dates, which include an April 19 concert at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles and a May 10 show at Terminal 5 in New York City. Special guests The Avalanches and Broods will open on select dates.
Tickets will go on sale February 10 for all shows except Los Angeles, which will be available beginning February 17. Empire Of The Sun will also return to Coachella this year, performing on April 14 and 21. See below for itinerary.
Empire Of The Sun is touring in support of its new album, Two Vines, which is now available everywhere, including iTunes, Spotify and Amazon. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart and in the Top 10 of the Alternative Albums chart.
Fans can view Empire Of The Sun performing the lead single, "High And Low," live at the historic Capitol Records Tower in Hollywood in a new video, which can be seen HERE.
The track became a Top 15 hit at Alternative radio and has more than 15 million streams on Spotify. Recorded in Hawaii and Los Angeles, Two Vines was co-produced by Empire Of The Sun and Peter Mayes (Sia, The Killers, Mika),alongside long-term collaborator, Donnie Sloan (Midnight To Monaco). Pianist/arranger Henry Hey and bassist Tim Lefebvre, from David Bowie's Blackstar band, feature heavily on the album. Other collaborators include Wendy Melvoin from Prince's Revolution and Fleetwood Mac guitarist/vocalist Lindsey Buckingham.
Manny Marroquin's new remix of "Walking On A Dream" closes out Two Vines. "Walking On A Dream" originally appeared on the band's 2008 debut album of the same name. In early 2016, the eight-year-old single rocketed to the top of the radio and Shazam charts after it was heard in Honda's "The Dreamer" commercial. The spot now ranks as the most Shazamed U.S. television commercial ever. With more than 125 million streams, "Walking On A Dream" became a global smash hit. Views of the official video now exceed 55 million.

Coming off of a successful Australian tour and a show-stopping performance as the headliner of the Australian Open, Jimmy Eat World announced new North American dates starting on April 19 in Flagstaff, AZ with special guest Beach Slang. Tickets for the tour will be available for pre sale on February 8 and 9 and will be on sale to the general public on February 10.

Multi-platinum selling, Oscar, Golden Globe and 10x Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter John Legend has announced dates for his North American tour, Darkness and Light, which opens in May with Gallant as the opening act. The tour follows Legend’s fifth studio album Darkness and Light, which came out in December on Columbia Records.
Legend also continues his successful foray into the world of film as one of the principles for production company Get Lifted Film Co., which has an executive producing credit on the 14-time Oscar-nominated film La La Land in which John also appears, playing a jazz band leader named Keith alongside stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone. Legend also contributed to the film’s soundtrack with the original song “Start a Fire.” To date, La La Land has taken home six Golden Globe Awards, two SAG Awards and a PGA Award.

Grammy Award-winning rock band Muse announced a tour of North American amphitheaters with worldwide multi-platinum selling band Thirty Seconds to Mars. The tour will kick off in May and wind down in September, with stops in Tampa, Nashville, New Orleans, Austin, St. Louis, Toronto, Salt Lake City, Red Rocks and more.
A Muse fan club presale will start Wednesday, Feb. 8h at 10am local time and run through Thursday, February 9th at 10pm local time. Fans can pre-order tickets HERE during those times. Muse's last album, Drones, was released in June of 2015 and debuted at No. 1 in 21 countries around the world including their first No. 1 album in the United States. The album spawned the number one hit "Dead Inside," and the band went on to win the Grammy Award, their second, for Best Rock Album in February of 2016.
