Tour update: The Cure, Toad the Wet Sprocket

Following on from their 2022 European Concerts, THE CURE announce the SHOWS OF A LOST WORLD TOUR will be heading to North America in May, June, and July, with The Twilight Sad opening at all shows.

This is the band's first cross-country tour here in seven years and comes in advance of a long-awaited new album. The UK alt-pop vets last played the area for Pasadena's Daydream Festival in 2019.

Tickets will be available via Ticketmaster Verified Fan Sale on Wednesday, March 15, and will require registration to access. You can register for a maximum of five different shows. Registration closes Monday, March 13 at 10AM PT.

The Cure have set all ticket prices and, apart from a few Hollywood Bowl charity seats, there will be no ‘Platinum’ or ‘Dynamically Priced’ tickets on this tour.

Toad the Wet Sprocket, consisting of founding members Glen Phillips, Todd Nichols, and Dean Dinning, return to the road, with fellow Nineties hitmaking stalwarts Marcy Playground and Gin Blossoms along for select dates. See below for details.

Following a run of popular alt and pop radio singles in the '90s, Toad took a break late that decade, with the members pursuing solo projects. They reunited in 2006 and have continued to perform together ever since.

In 2013, the guys released their first album in 16 years, "New Constellation," which was funded by their fans as reportedly one of the most successful music Kickstarter campaigns in history. The album includes fan-favorite tracks “The Moment”, “California Wasted” and “Enough.” The album received critical acclaim and was followed by a successful tour.

Toad's most recent studio album is "Starting Now" (2021).
