Bryan Adams' next studio album, How’s It Goin,’ arrives November 6 via BAD Records.

Rooted in the people, places, landscapes and stories that have shaped his home country of Canada, How’s It Goin’ draws on country, folk and rock.

For Adams, the album began with a single song inspired by Canada’s east coast and grew into something much bigger: a collection of stories about the country he has called home throughout his life.

“The idea was simply to make a record about Canada,” says Adams. “It started with writing the song for the documentary Canada’s Wild Eastern Edge and after doing so much research, I was inspired to start writing more songs about Canada. Musically it took me somewhere a little different too, which made the whole thing exciting.”

Among the album's songs is ‘The Ballad of Terry Fox,’ a tribute to one of Canada’s most inspirational figures. The song will also feature in the forthcoming documentary film about Terry Fox, Run Terry Run.

The album will be released across CD and LP, with the LP housed in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves, obi and shrink wrap. A special A4 hardback book edition will also be available, featuring the album on CD, song lyrics and images connected to the stories and subjects explored across the record.

Cold War Kids mark 20th anniversary of 'Robbers & Cowards' with deluxe edition

Cold War Kids' debut album Robbers & Cowards featured the singles “Hang Me Up to Dry,” “We Used to Vacation” and “Hospital Beds,” and landed on the Billboard 200. On October 30, the OC-reared band will unveil 'Robbers & Cowards/Complete Cowards (20th Anniversary Edition)' via UMe.

The expanded edition sees the band digging into their vault to complete four songs left unfinished at the time, along with six live recordings—five previously unreleased—captured across the U.S. and Europe in 2007. Complete Cowards will be available as a 2LP on black vinyl or limited-edition Brick Red vinyl, both with alternate and new artwork, and 2CD. A special Digital Deluxe Edition will also feature a newly reimagined version of “Hang Me Up to Dry” by Phantogram, available to stream. The collaboration offers a first glimpse at another chapter of the 20th anniversary celebration, with more artist reinterpretations of songs from Robbers & Cowards coming in 2027.

“Phantogram made ‘Hang Me Up To Dry’ introspective, emotional, dark and beautiful,” says Cold War Kids frontman and primary songwriter Nathan Willett. “When we had the idea to cover some songs they were the first band we thought to ask and they made it completely their own.”

The four newly completed songs—“Loyalty,” “There Goes The Night,” “Jesse Latour” and “She Can Do No Wrong”—all date back to the Robbers & Cowards era but never made the original album. The collection's six live recordings capture Cold War Kids onstage in 2007 during the whirlwind period following the release of Robbers & Cowards. Recorded in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Paris and Philadelphia, five of the performances are previously unreleased and include “Saint John,” “Hair Down,” “God, Make Up Your Mind,” “Passing The Hat,” “Dirt In The Ground” and “Hospital Beds.” The performance of “Saint John” recorded at the Paradiso in Amsterdam was previously released on 2008’s The Paradiso Sessions while the others are being released for the first time.

Nathan Willett says: “Robbers & Cowards is our first album. I don’t think I could ever feel as warm and nostalgic towards any music as I do towards this album. Revisiting the music, lyrics, and visuals of R&C is entering a portal back to our early days of 2004 to 2006. Before the whirlwind of tour, before this band would become our future - We came together as friends who shared inspiration and influences. We made a Bluesy punky primitive soaring soulful tender and earnest kind of sound. It was a blissfully naive time. We worked extremely hard with no ambitions, no industry connections, no clue.

What we did have was a tight knit group of friends that would hang out all hours of the night talking about music and art and life. Those friends are in the artwork and the lyrics. Our band became the center of our little scene. We were scrappy and found ways to write record and release our own music, book shows, and make new friends who shared the same language. It was a beautiful and creative period and we would never be the same again.

To be immersed in this world 20 years later and add to the story of R&C by digging through live performances, visual art, and making new recordings of unfinished songs, has been a full circle experience. We can’t wait to share it again with you all.”

A trio of Eighties reissues by Billy Bragg due in November

I first became aware of these albums when I did research for my interview with Bragg for his album 'Don't Try This at Home.' I look forward to experiencing these fresh re-releases....

English folk/rock singer/songwriter Billy Bragg - best known in America for the late '80s/early '90s alt-rock radio hits "Sexuality," "You Woke Up My Neighbourhood," "She's Got a New Spell" and "Waiting for the Great Leap Forwards" - will reissue three of his classic albums – ‘Brewing Up With Billy Bragg’ (1984), ‘Talking With The Taxman About Poetry’ (1986) and ‘Workers Playtime’ (1988) – on Nov. 6 via Cooking Vinyl.

The remastered vinyl was handled by John Webber at Air Studios from high-resolution transfers taken from master tapes in Billy Bragg's archives. Each album will be in a gatefold sleeve. The titles will also be available on CD and a limited edition run of colored LPs.

The live album “Paul Simon: The Quiet Celebration Concert,” is coming out Oct. 9 on 3LP, 2CD, digital music platforms and online streaming. “Under African Skies,” featuring a duet with wife Edie Brickell is streaming now; listen HERE.

This recording was seen and heard in the Quiet Celebration concert film that debuted on Disney+ and Hulu. The album opens with 'Seven Psalms,' a 33-minute piece, arranged and composed especially to be heard and seen live.

In the film, Paul reflects on his return to playing live. “It’s enabled me to play with musicians again. I really missed it. Everybody has enjoyed the experience so much, there’s been a feeling of camaraderie and elation that we were playing this piece of music that we were really interested in, and that had a significant effect on me. It made for one of the most extraordinary tours I’ve done - maybe the most joyous.”

These performances concluded the first leg of Paul’s Quiet Celebration US Tour. The band included Mark Stewart, Steve Gadd, Bakithi Kumalo, Andy Snitzer, Mick Rossi, Jamey Haddad, Gyan Riley, Nancy Stagnitta, Caleb Burhans and Eugene Friesen.

Jesse Malin tribute album out Friday

'Friends Of Jesse Malin – I Would Do It For You, Vol. 1' is a 26-song celebration of the music of Jesse Malin. It arrives September 11 through Wicked Cool Records and

includes contributions from Gogol Bordello, the Dead Milkmen, Prima Donna and others.

One of the album’s focus tracks is Prima Donna’s “Everybody Wants To Rock And Roll.” For the band's frontman Kevin Preston, the connection to Malin goes back years. Preston has cited seeing Green Day with Malin’s D Generation opening as a formative rock show, and the relationship eventually came full circle: Preston, who has toured as a guitarist with Green Day, recently joined Malin onstage in Los Angeles to perform “Everybody Wants To Rock And Roll.”

'Friends Of Jesse Malin – I Would Do It For You, Vol. 1' began as a tribute to Malin but quickly grew well beyond the scope of a single album. Nearly 80 songs have now been recorded by artists from throughout Jesse's musical life, resulting in a planned two-volume series.

Malin continues his recovery from the spinal stroke he suffered in 2023, which left him paralyzed from the waist down. Since then, he has returned to public life and the stage, including two sold-out shows at New York City’s Beacon Theatre and his Off-Broadway show Silver Manhattan.

The tribute album is available digitally, on vinyl and as a deluxe double-CD edition. The vinyl features 12 tracks and includes a download code for the complete 26-song digital collection, while the CD edition includes all 26 songs across two discs.

A second volume is also planned, with Thurston Moore, Willie Nile and many more among the artists set to appear.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band Releases Live Footage from Philadelphia Concert Last Spring

The show was filmed in its entirety and is planned for release in three additional, in-sequence segments through the end of the year.

Musicians on stage for the Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour included the E Street Band’s Roy Bittan (piano, synthesizer), Nils Lofgren (guitar, vocals), Garry Tallent (bass guitar), Stevie Van Zandt (guitar, vocals) and Max Weinberg (drums) with Soozie Tyrell (violin, guitar, vocals), Jake Clemons (saxophone) and Charlie Giordano (organ, keyboards, accordion). They were joined by The E Street Horns and Percussion (Anthony Almonte, Barry Danielian, Eddie Manion, Ozzie Melendez, Curt Ramm) and The E Street Choir (Ada Dyer, Curtis King, Lisa Lowell, Michelle Moore). Tom Morello performed with Springsteen and the E Street Band for each of the tour’s 20 shows as a special guest.

David Archuleta readies Christmas album 'Warm Me Up' for October

David Archuleta mixes Christmas classics and new holiday songs on his album, Warm Me Up, due out October 30. Pre-order is live HERE. It features remastered versions of "Christmas Every Day" and "Winter in the Air" from the singer's 2018 holiday release.

All the new original tracks were co-written with Annelisa Franklin, Savannah Sgro, and Dave Villa, with Aben Eubanks on "Santa’s On His Way Tonight." Warm Me Up was produced by Villa and Michael Blum. The album will be available for download, on LP (snowy white variant), cassette and CD.

Says Archuleta: “'Warm Me Up' was a project that I wanted to have fun with. I wrote it with talented writers I had first become friends with. We had history in Nashville. I met Dave Villa over 10 years ago working on my album Postcards in the Sky. I reconnected with him at our friend Savannah Sgro's Friendsgiving. Savannah was friends with his wife Annelisa Franklin (they all met as writers in Tennessee) I suggested we should all write sometime and decided to do Christmas music as I wanted to find my own way of connecting to the holiday in this new chapter of life.

We wrote side B last year, but it was a bit sudden of a decision with just a few songs and I didn't promote it how I'd like to. I wanted to complete a full album and made it a goal this year to do so. We wrote side B in LA and side A in Nashville for the most part. I wanted to try different genres, and we had so much fun hanging out while creating. I found out Annelisa's mom is Mexican and she spoke Spanish, so I jumped at the opportunity to write a Spanglish Christmas song, 'Nochebuena.'

"I had been listening to New Edition and the Gap Band at the time, and thought it'd be fun to write a song influenced by their classic sound," Archuleta continues. "I wanted something we could groove and bounce to. Thus, “Warm Me Up” came to be. “Happy Christmas” was a classic fun light hearted song. There was one exception to the Savannah, Dave and Annelisa team for original Christmas songs. My publicist knew a musician/writer, Aben Eubanks, who had worked on Kelly Clarkson's Christmas record. I wasn't sure what would come of it as I had written everything I wanted to, but as we got together we decided to experiment some. I was feeling a bit of Freddie Mercury inspiration, and wanted to start a song how he may have in Don't Stop Me Now or Bohemian Rhapsody and we wrote “Santa's on His Way Tonight.” I had my friend Michael Blum produce it who produced my song “Crème Brulee” as well as a song we did together for Only Murders in the Building, “Wish That You Were Me.”

In the end it all seemed to come together with a couple of Christmas classics, “Let it Snow” and “Grown-Up Christmas List” that I felt was a bridge from my previous two Christmas albums to Warm Me Up. It’s a nod to the ballads I feel I have become known for in my career. I wanted to make people feel but also move, dance and celebrate in a way I grew up doing and still have a love for today.”

The artist's holiday show heads across North America in November and December.

Donna Summer's Casablanca label years to be spotlighted in new box set next month

On Oct. 2, Crimson Productions will release "Donna Summer: The Casablanca Albums Collector's Edition," which includes albums released on the label from 1975-79.

In addition to Love to Love You Baby, A Love Trilogy, Four Seasons of Love, I Remember Yesterday and Once Upon a Time, the box set also has the Live And More double album, recorded at Los Angeles’ Universal Amphitheatre in 1978, and Bad Girls.

All of the albums were produced by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte with the exception of Love To Love You Baby, which was produced by Pete Bellotte.

Summer notched many of her biggest pop/dance/soul chart hit singles during this period, notably “Love To Love You Baby,” “Last Dance,” “MacArthur Park,” “Bad Girls,” “Hot Stuff,” “Dim All the Lights,” All the albums were produced by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte with the exception of Love To Love You Baby, which was produced by Pete Bellotte.

Both the 7CD box set and the multi-colored - light blue, hot pink, green, yellow, orange, indigo and violet - 10LP vinyl set is accompanied by a new essay penned by Christian John Wikane (“A Night at the Disco”) culled from interviews with family, associates and contemporaries. The limited-edition vinyl set also includes a reproduction of the 1977 “Four Seasons Of Love” calendar poster.

Out now: 'Touch and Go,' the new album by Collective Soul

In case you missed it: Collective Soul's 13th studio album 'Touch and Go' is out now via Fuzze-Flex/AMPED/Virgin Music Group. Heavily inspired by The Cars and new wave music, the follow up to 2024's 'Here to Eternity' works on every level.

The Georgia alt-rock band, with four platinum and one gold album to its credit, amassed rock radio chart topper like "Shine," 'December," "The World I Know," "Precious Declaration," "Listen" and many others during the 1990s.

Core members Ed Roland (vocals/guitar/piano), Dean Roland (rhythm guitar) and Will Turpin (bass), plus Jesse Triplett (lead guitar) and Johnny Rabb (drums) - part of Collective Soul since the 2010s - excel on catchy new standouts such as "Rainbow," "Eye on You" (dig those chunky guitars here and elsewhere), "Uh Oh," and "Again." The midtempo "Feel" (with full-on cascading backing harmonies) is stirring and "Heavy Load" finds lead singer Ed Roland using his lower register, while the sonics evoke the grandeur of INXS' "Don't Change." Special kudos go to Shawn Grove, who handled keyboards throughout. Highly recommended.

Comprehensive Kim Carnes career box set slated for next month

Universal Songs, due Oct. 23, marks the first time Kim Carnes' works has been compiled into a box set and it covers all the albums she recorded for A&M, EMI America and MCA from 1975-1988.

This 10-disc set comes in a rigid slipcase, with discs housed in top opening digi-sleeves including the original album sleeves. A 24pp booklet includes a foreword written by Kim and an extensive essay by Christian John Wikane (“A Night at the Disco”) completes the package.

Compiled in conjunction and with the full cooperation of Carnes, Universal Songs also features a number of 12” dance mixes that have never been released on CD before. It also includes a handful of bonus tracks including her duets with Barbra Streisand (“Make No Mistake” written by Kim) and Kenny Rogers (“What About Me”) as well as the three new songs that were recorded for her Gypsy Honeymoon Best of released in 1993. Additionally, there will be a limited edition of 1,000 prints personally autographed by Kim.

Although best known for her worldwide smash hit "Bette Davis Eyes" Kim Carnes already had a body of work under her belt. She had already released four acclaimed albums and had chart success. Mostly notably in 1980 with a cover version of "More Love," originally recorded by Smokey Robinson & The Miracles in 1967. But also, with the duet with Gene Cotton of her self-penned "You’re A Part Of Me" in 1978. In 1980 Kim and her husband Dave Ellingson wrote an entire album for Kenny Rogers called 'Gideon,' which went triple platinum including the top five single, “Don’t Fall In Love With A Dreamer,” sung by Kim and Kenny.

"Bette Davis Eyes" won her a Grammy for ‘Record of the year’ and the accompanying album Mistaken Identity was also Number One worldwide and nominated for ‘Album of the Year.'

Follow up album Voyeur was released in 1982 and the lead single "Voyeur" was nominated for a Grammy. Kim won another Grammy in 1984 when the OST for Flashdance won. Her contribution, "I’ll Be Here Where the Heart is" was included on her next album "Café Racers." A single from that album, "Invisible Hands" provided her with another Grammy nomination. Further chart success followed in 1985 with the single, "Crazy in the Night" from the album Barking at Airplanes reaching number 15 in the US. Two further acclaimed albums, Lighthouse and View From The House followed.

Eighties albums by alt rock band Flesh for Lulu to get reissue treatment

Omnivore Recordings has announced two upcoming reissues for Flesh For Lulu’s albums Long Live The New Flesh and Plastic Fantastic, available on CD/digital on October 16.

The two-disc 40th Anniversary expanded edition of Long Live The New Flesh includes the remastered original album – featuring “I Go Crazy” from the John Hughes film Some Kind Of Wonderful – plus 15 bonus tracks. Plastic Fantastic also received the expanded edition treatment on its two-disc set with 16 bonus tracks, comprised of the never-before-released-in-full November 1989 Club Malibu show from Long Island, NY, originally broadcast live on WDRE / Westwood One. “Siamese Twist” (Live at Club Malibu) is available to stream now.

Simple Minds set new studio album for January; Performing at Darker Waves Festival in OC this November

Simple Minds will unveil 'Sacrosanct,' its first new studio album in more than four years, on January 29 through BMG. First single "Beginner Boys" is available to stream now.

The song was inspired by singer Jim Kerr watching his twin grandsons grow up and thinking about what it means to raise a good man today — “how strength, tenderness, courage, and gentleness might still belong together, even when the wider culture around them can send mixed signals. It’s less a statement than a question I hope they’ll spend their lives answering for themselves.”

In the time since 2022’s top 5 UK album Direction Of The Heart, the band has put out a documentary, published a memoir by Jim Kerr and fellow founding member/guitarist Charlie Burchill, and toured the world. Last year, the band played in front of over 1.5m people and to some of their biggest audiences since 1985.

The North American leg of the tour in 2025 inspired Kerr and Burchill to draw on their art rock and new wave roots after witnessing fans in cities they’d never before played react ecstatically to early songs such as "Sons and Fascination."

Opening track, "Elysium" was named after the paradise of Greek myth, reserved for those who lived well or fought hard and is the natural counterpoint to the album’s "King Of The Underworld," inspired by the figure Mephistopheles and whoever, or whatever, rules over our appetites.

"Jerusalem (State of Mind)" draws on William Blake’s dream of a Jerusalem that was less a city and more a longing for a better world. "Our Secrets Are The Same" directly explores the lifelong bond between Kerr and Burchill, a song about friendship: two eight-year-olds who met on a Glasgow street and are still finishing each other’s sentences 50-odd years on. "Songs" is a celebration of the power of songs to lift you on good days, and pull you out of depression on harder ones when little else can.

"Alive In This Moment" and "The Next Right Thing," explore nostalgia from different perspectives. The former is about resisting the urge to reach back and, instead, to remain present, while the latter focuses on the passing of time and the loss of those we love.

Regarding the choice of album title, Kerr said: “We called the album 'Sacrosanct' because after a lifetime of doing this — nearly 50 years of writing songs together — it’s stopped feeling like a career and started feeling like something closer to faith. Calling the record Sacrosanct isn’t an exaggeration. It’s just honest.”

Sacrosanct is the third album, alongside Walk Between Worlds and Direction of the Heart, in an emphatic trilogy.

"Making records and performing live is as much part of our lives now as when we started out," says Kerr. "We feel grateful to those who support new music from Simple Minds and look forward to seeing you all on our upcoming world tour."

The metalwork on the album artwork comes from a collaboration between Simple Minds and Glasgow-born sculptor Andy Scott, who has reimagined the band's logo in steel (see photo below). Scott was awarded an OBE in this year's King's Birthday Honors for services to sculpture and fine art. A lifelong fan who first saw the band at Glasgow's Tiffany's in 1982, Scott builds his large-scale outdoor works using a distinctive welded assembly technique, composing each form from thousands of hand-cut steel sections. He is best known for The Kelpies, the pair of 30-metre horse heads at Falkirk — the largest equine sculptures in the world.

Sacrosanct coincides with Simple Minds embarking on their biggest arena tour to date, beginning in early February in Australia and New Zealand before heading to Europe and the UK in April and May. Gary Numan and Level 42 open selected dates. Before kicking off the 2027 V tour in Australia, the band will hold a show at City Park, Stirling, Scotland.

American fans can catch the band on Nov. 14 at Darker Waves Festival in Huntington Beach, Calif., alongside Morrissey, Smashing Pumpkins, Psychedelic Furs, Soft Cell, Bad Religion, and many more. Tickets are still available via darkerwavesfest.com.

The memoir from Kerr and Burchill, Our Secrets Are The Same, will be published on September 8.

Everything Is Possible, the 2023 documentary film about the band, featured musicians including Primal Scream’s Bobby Gillespie and Depeche Mode’s Dave Gahan, and writer Irvine Welsh, reflecting on Simple Minds’ influence and legacy.

'The Who By Numbers' gets the deluxe box set treatment

Fifty years on from its original release, The Who By Numbers album is to be reissued October 30 as a 5CD/1Blu-Ray super deluxe edition boxset through UME.

There is a 100-page hard back book with photos, memorabilia and exclusive notes from Pete Townshend and Who expert Andy Neill, 92 unreleased tracks and mixes, brand new Atmos, 5.1 & Stereo mixes by Pete Townshend, 11 of Pete’s original demos for the album, tracking sessions from Ramport & Shepperton Studios, early mixes, guide vocals, the fullest version of Live At Vetch Field, Swansea, Wales 1976 released to date and on the Blu-Ray audio and video from a previously unreleased Who concert shot on 2” videotape from Metropolitan Stadium, Pontiac, Michigan.

The Who’s show at Pontiac, Michigan, on December 6, 1975 set the record at the time for the largest-ever indoor rock concert attendance, with 76,896 people. The entire show has been exhumed from The Who’s archives and professionally cleaned up, with remastered audio. It now stands as one of the few existing visual records of this Who tour, their last with Keith Moon.

The Who By Numbers, released in early October 1975, is the seventh studio album by The Who. A commercial success, it peaked at #8 on the U.S. Billboard chart and #7 in the U.K., partly due to the success of Squeeze Box, which became an international hit, reaching the top ten in the U.K., top 20 in the U.S. and #1 in Canada.

Produced by Glyn Johns, who had previously worked with the band on their 1971 album Who's Next, The Who By Numbers, despite its John Entwistle-drawn sleeve and hit single, features some of the darkest songs ever recorded by the band.

As Pete Townshend puts it in the 100-page making-of-the-album book that accompanies the box set, “I could feel a new wave or reaction and rebellion coming in the music business, the big bands were becoming careless and self-indulgent. I wanted my songs to continue to have a cathartic function for our audience. When punk hit a few years later, I was not surprised.”

Acclaimed 2025 Billy Idol documentary to get home video release in November

The documentary BILLY IDOL SHOULD BE DEAD made its festival debut at the Tribeca Film Festival in summer 2025, followed by an award-qualifying run in fall 2025 and a limited U.S. theatrical release in the first quarter of 2026. It is currently streaming.

On Nov. 3, it becomes available on Blu-ray and DVD via MVD Entertainment.

Directed by Jonas Åkerlund, the film features interviews with Idol alongside Steve Stevens, Miley Cyrus, Billie Joe Armstrong, Duff McKagan, Steve Jones, Pete Townshend, Nile Rodgers, Patrick Stump, among others.

The physical media release coincides with Idol's 2026 induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and first full-length album of new music in over a decade, “Dream Into It,” currently available from Dark Horse Records. The album reached #7 on the U.S. Top Albums Chart and #4 on the U.S. Current Rock Album Chart, #9 on the U.K. Official Album Sales Chart, and #2 on the German Top 100 Album Chart. George Michael: The 'Faith' Tour live album, concert film on the way

On November 6, George Michael Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment will release THE FAITH TOUR, a live album of previously unreleased recordings featuring hits from his Wham! and solo catalogues.

It was recorded during the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy stop on the European leg of the Faith Tour in 1988, his first solo concert tour.

Among the track listing are some previously unreleased and covers, including performances of Stevie Wonder’s “Love's in Need of Love Today” and Labelle’s “Lady Marmalade.”

The live album was mixed by Chris Porter and David Austin and mastered by John Webber.

There are various formats: a picture disc, deluxe box set with the full concert across 3LPs and 2CDs, plus a limited edition 136-page book featuring previously unseen images from the tour, all packaged in double slipcase.

George Michael: The 'Faith' Tour film will be in North American cinemas on Dec. 11. It was assembled from rediscovered, previously unseen and unheard 35mm footage. An original short film by Mary McCartney opens the feature, using newly discovered audio and imagery from 1986–1988 – the Faith era.

Dustin Lynch makes a 'Clean Slate' on upcoming album; country hits collection just out

Country star Dustin Lynch's seventh studio album, Clean Slate, arrives October 30 via BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville. It is available to pre-add, pre-save and pre-order HERE.

“There’s a lot of life on this record,” shares Lynch. “Falling for somebody, missing somebody, looking back at things you might do differently now, going out and having a damn good time, and figuring out what matters when everything else gets quiet. I’ve lived a lot of life since my first record, and I wanted this album to feel true to where I am today while still sounding like me.”

Lynch co-wrote seven of the album’s 12 tracks, working alongside Nashville songwriters including Zach Crowell, Justin Ebach, Josh Thompson, Jameson Rodgers, Brent Anderson, Hunter Phelps, Ben Johnson, John Byron and more. Production is shared across the collection by Ross Copperman, Zach Crowell and Austin Shawn, with MC4D producing and featuring on album closer “Home To You.” Clean Slate also features Ashley Cooke on “How You Been.”

Before Clean Slate arrives in full, Lynch leads off with “Made In A Bottle.” Written by Jesse Frasure, Mark Holman and Geoff Warburton and produced by Ross Copperman, the honky-tonk tune finds Lynch making the rounds from bar to bar only to learn there isn’t a pour strong enough to outrun the memory of the one he lost.

“We started playing ‘Made In A Bottle’ live this summer and the reaction was immediate,” adds Lynch. “I love the energy of it and the rhythmic pocket in that chorus. You can’t help but move along to it. Production-wise, we wanted it to feel like you’re right there in the middle of our live show. There aren’t a bunch of studio tricks. It’s real instruments and real players, and it’s just a great honky-tonk song. We’ve road-tested it all summer, and it fits our show perfectly.”

The announcement follows Lynch’s Setlist Staples - 10 #1’s, the album collection brings together all 10 of his Country radio chart-toppers. Released August 28, it arrived alongside new RIAA certifications for “Small Town Boy” (5X PLATINUM), “Thinking ’Bout You” (4X PLATINUM), “Ridin’ Roads” (2X PLATINUM) and “Chevrolet (feat. Jelly Roll)” (PLATINUM).

Of the chart toppers, Lynch says “These are the songs that have stayed with me and the fans from the very beginning,” shares Lynch. “No matter how much new music I make, these are the records that always find their way back into the show. They’ve become part of the soundtrack to so many memories over the years, and I love getting to relive those moments every night onstage.”

Jake Bugg heads to the 'Alamo' on next album

Acclaimed UK singer, songwriter, guitarist Jake Bugg returns on November 13 with his seventh studio album, Alamo. Now an independent artist on Thirty Tigers, Bugg is off a major label for the first time.

The collection finds Bugg reconnecting with the roots, blues, rock and folk-driven influence of his earliest work. New single “Never Can Tell” addresses the challenges of knowing who to trust and learning to rely on his instincts, after years of having to remain alert to the people around him.

Alamo is something Bugg felt deeply compelled to create. “After all the years of touring and making records, it just felt like the right time to look inward. The last couple of years have been tough for me, and I’ve had a lot of struggles. I’m trying to navigate those and figure out where they stem from,” Bugg says. “Alamo was only going to work if I was going to be honest and be as vulnerable as possible. I’ve always had a lot of defenses and barriers around me. I thought it was time to bring those down.”

Jimmy Hogarth (Amy Winehouse, Paolo Nutini) and Steve McKewan (Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood) served as producers.

The Nottingham native became an international sensation as a teenager with his 2012 self-titled debut, a triple-platinum, No. 1 album in the UK. From 2013-2016 he had made a significant impression on American audiences as well with his music, numerous television appearances, extensive touring while performing on major stages.

Bugg will return to the U.S. in September to appear at AmericanaFest in Nashville as the headliner at Musicians Corner in Centennial Park on September 18. A full US tour is being planned for early 2027.
