Billy Idol guitarist Steve Stevens assembles all-star musicians for The Prog Collective's 'Dark Encounters' album

A longtime guitarist and co-writer for Billy Idol, Steve Stevens recently accepted an invitation to contribute to the new album from The Prog Collective.
