Elbow tour news

Following Elbow's memorable appearance at the recent Coachella Festival, which I reviewed (it can be found elsewhere on this blog, along with an album review), the band will return to the U.S. Read on... 

Continuing on their UK success of latest album build a rocket boys!, Manchester, England's award-winning quintet announce a North American tour this fall.

Since the release earlier this spring, the band made a whirlwind trip to perform at Coachella. As the sun set, the band wowed the crowds and critics alike with their powerful performance, complete with strings on stage and an impressive catalogue of songs, garnering impressive reviews hailing them as the highlight act of this years festival by many major publications.
 
Now the band has decided to set their sights across the Atlantic again.
 
Earlier this year, elbow completed their first headlining UK arena tour, including two sold out nights at London’s O2 Arena, confirming them as one of the world's most treasured live and studio artists. Later this month, the band will also be performing alongside Coldplay on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury and support to Muse at Reading and Leeds festivals this summer.
